I charge a 50% late cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time. Appointments booked over an hour require notice before 48 hours. Please contact me at 901-335-6764 if you need to cancel within 24 otherwise you can do so on the booking site. Please plan accordingly to weather and traffic giving yourself 5 to 10 minutes early arrival time before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your service will need to be rescheduled and a 50% late fee applies. If you are multi services I will do what I can in the time remaining but you will be responsible for the 50% late fee on the services we cannot complete due to tardiness. These policies will be implemented to protect the business and the following client’s time just as they were for you. Please contact me at 901-335-6764 if you are running behind. No Communication No-Shows will be charged 100% of their service total. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety purposes no pets, no children, and clients are not allowed to bring guests/friends or FaceTime. No video or pictures allowed in the suite without my consent.
